Keller Williams Legacy Partners is committed to providing professionally trained Productivity Coaches,  successful licensed realtors, who have also graduated from our productivity coaching program. 

The Productivity Coach is committed to guide, direct and motivate the participating Agent in building solid fundamentals, based on KW models and systems, upon which the Agent will be able to build a career, and business, as large as the Agent chooses. The goal of the coach is to identify the Agents "Big WHY" and the Agent will be coached to the activities and habits needed to achieve their goals while holding them accountable to those activities.
